Trails open December 1st and close April 1st, weather permitting of course. With an average of 270″ of snowfall, the trails are often blanketed with a white.
Copper Harbor is part of an extensive trail system and has some of the most beautiful views in the Keweenaw! Brockway Mountain Drive becomes part of trail #3 and has spectacular views and really fun riding. The photos at the right tell the story ….
Although many businesses are closed in the winter, you will still find gas and a general store, as well as a restaurant/bar, lodging, a couple gift shops open.
