The nature inspired playground at the Copper Harbor School, adjacent to the Grant Township Park, is the only one of its kind in the Upper Peninsula! Keeping with the family friendly and natural atmosphere of Copper Harbor, the playground blends into its surrounding environment, making it a place where children and families gather.

There are two sections; one for kids ages 2 to 5 and one for 5 to 12 year olds. Included in the equipment are multiple slides, climbing rings, a dome and swings. This is a state of the art, accessible, inspired by nature play space that promotes healthy, imaginative play.

Location: Copper Harbor School, adjacent to the Grant Township Park

The park is located in the center of town and is a great place to picnic or just hang for awhile among the cedars. The public is welcome to use the park for day use only. There is no camping or overnight parking allowed.
