Pepsi Refresh Project
Copper Harbor stands to get an ambulance in here in town. The vehicle will need a clean, safe, temperature controlled garage to house it. Pepsi is giving away $1,300,000 each month to fund great ideas. We are in the running for $250,000 for this idea. Please follow this link to Vote to build an ambulance garage in Copper Harbor.You can vote once every day through the month of September. At this time is takes an hour or more after calling 911 for an ambulance to arrive on the scene here. Then at least an hour to the closest hospital. An ambulance in town will save lives and make it so accident victims will not have to go without treatment as long. Thank you!!!!

Copper Harbor Fat Tire Mountain Bike Race
Sunday, September 5th - The 17th Copper Harbor Fat Tire Festival includes 12 & 20 mile cross country mountain bike races on Sunday, a preview ride on Saturday and the Junior Fat Tire Kid's Races on Sunday. Live blues music, refreshments & good times follow the awards presentation in Grant Township Park on US-41 in Copper Harbor, so plan on spending the night! Game Rentals The Visitor Center has lawn games available for rent to play in the park ~ Croquet, Horseshoes, Bocce, Badminton, Bean Bag Toss and Volleyball.
Frisbee Golf
There is a new 9 hole frisbee/disc golf course now open at the Mountain Lodge. It's a really fun course which is located
on and near the old driving range at the east end of the motel parking lot...there is no cost to play.
The Keweenaw Adventure Company has disc sets for sale.
