Hunter’s Point is just one of many nice spots to watch the sun go down.
The clouds were fluffy and lit up by the setting sun – very cool. Horseshoe Harbor is a beautiful spot near Copper Harbor, owned by the Nature Conservancy.
Well the fireworks were set off despite the rain. The thunder/lightning was putting on a show of it’s own.
One of the fundraisers for the fireworks this year were laser glasses to watch the show through. I took the following shots through a pair. They made for some interesting displays!
Fanny Hooe Creek has been running pretty good lately. The creek empties out into Lake Superior near the Lighthouse Lookout.
It was 46 degrees at 7 am – spring is coming….really!
Warm and sunny and 66 degrees already at 7:30 am. Maybe the warmer weather produced this band of fog that was crossing the harbor.
